FAQ - Wichful

Wichful is a high protein, thaw & eat sandwich with delicious fillings, whole grains, and veggies. We made it for those who seek nutrition, without sacrificing taste or convenience.

What if I forget to thaw my Wichful?

No problem! You can quick-thaw a Wichful in the microwave with its microwave-safe packaging. Simply place Wichful (unopened) on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on High 40 seconds. Turn over. Microwave on High 40 seconds. Let sandwich stand 1 minute to continue to thaw. Caution, though, the package may be hot.

Can I toast Wichful sandwiches?

We do not recommend preparing Wichful sandwiches in the toaster or air fryer.

Can I make Wichful sandwiches?

How will my orders be shipped?

We provide frozen shipping for freshness. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking notification to keep you in the loop. 

What is high quality protein?

Protein is important, but not all proteins are the same. Foods with high quality protein - also known as complete protein - contain all 9 essential amino acids that must be consumed through our diets in order to maintain healthy body functions. Each Wichful sandwich was designed to provide at least an excellent source of high quality protein, so you can rely on our sandwiches to help power you through your busy day.

Any new flavors coming in the future?

Absolutely! We're constantly tinkering and developing new flavors. If you have a Wichful flavor you'd like us to make, please let us know via our flavor survey or email us at hello@wichful.com.

Why can't I order more than 1 of each flavor?

Due to higher than anticipated demand, we have limited orders to 1 of each flavor per customer.

What happened to the Hummus flavor?

Our goal is to provide you with the Wichful flavors that you enjoy most and we heard that you wanted to explore a world of Wichfuls beyond just Hummus. However, we are constantly reviewing your feedback so if you would like us to bring it back, let us know!

Why did the Caprese recipe change?

Because of your feedback (thank you)! We made some changes to improve the Caprese experience by adding mozzarella cheese and rebalancing the flavor. We hope you enjoy Caprese 2.0!

Where can I find Wichful?

Currently, our sandwiches are only available online. However, we're working hard to be in your local grocer's freezer aisle soon. Stay tuned for updates!
