True to its name, this Goodwich was crafted so you feel like your lunch was gathered from the garden. Filling contains bell peppers, carrots, peas, and corn mixed with a creamy ricotta cheese and stuffed inside whole grain bread.

Each package contains 2 individually-wrapped Goodwiches.

Thawing Instructions:
Simply toss a Goodwich into your bag frozen and it will be thawed and ready to eat in 3 hours. Thaw at room temperature and eat within 10 hours of removing from freezer. 

For quick thaw, microwave on high 40 seconds.

Do not re-freeze.
