This Goodwich was crafted to be a more portable way to enjoy nutritious hummus for lunch, with its chickpea, tahini, and fire-roasted red pepper filling, stuffed inside whole-grain bread.

Each package contains 2 individually-wrapped Goodwiches.

Thawing Instructions:
Simply toss a Goodwich into your bag frozen and it will be thawed and ready to eat in 3 hours. Thaw at room temperature and eat within 10 hours of removing from freezer.

For quick thaw, microwave on high 40 seconds.

Do not re-freeze.
